This play was commissioned by GMHC with the object of educating the Hispanic community on the risk of AIDS.
The script that is available at the University of Miami has a dedication to Lillian Manzor and autographed by Pedro R. Monge Rafuls on October 3, 1994. Three scholarly articles by Nelson, Bradley J. Nelson, E. A. Moreno-Uribe, and Alberto Sandoval are attached to the script.
