The House at 27 Rue de Fleurus is the first third of a trilogy that Fornés could never finish, based on the book, The Autobiography of Alice B. Toklas by Gertrude Stein. This gem of a play echoes the relationship of Harriet and Irene, as Alice and Gertrude spend their days with Pablo Picasso.
