Arena Stage - Kreeger Theater

Notes:

Arena Stage is one of the first not-for-profit theaters in the United States as well as a pioneer of the regional theater movement. From dynamic discussions with the best theater artists working today to some of Washington D.C.’s most talked about galas, the reach of Arena Stage goes far beyond the performance onstage. It has three stages: 1) the main stage renamed in 1992 Fichandler Stage, in honor of its founders, Zelda and Thomas C. Fichandler; 2) Kreeger Theater, inaugurated Jan 15, 1971; and 3) The Old Vat Room, inaugurated Jan 13, 1976.
