an Associate Professor specializing in voice and speech in the BFA theatre training program at the University of Miami. Since 2009 Ms. Burke has been the voice and text coach at the Texas Shakespeare Festival and recently performed the role of Emily Dickinson in the festival's production of The Belle of Amherst. Recent vocal coaching credits include Saturday Night Fever for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Fiddler on the Roof for the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, and Cherry Docs for the King's Head Theatre in London. Ms. Burke holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting degree from Brandeis University, is a certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework and a longtime member of the Voice and Speech Trainers Association.
